General Questions

What does your customize service include?

We can customize fabric material, fabric weight, size, hook type, packaging, etc. If there are any special customization requirements, welcome to contact us.

I want to add my own design & brand to your product, or do you accept ODM & OEM?

Sure, we support both. Our design team specialized in upholstery fabric products for over a decade, we can custom brand logos, fabric, packaging, washing label, and anything you want to be unique.

What's your package method?

Usually, we use pp bags or carton boxes. If you have your registered patent, we can pack goods into your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letter.

How do you guarantee quality?

We have a lot of verified certificates to ensure the product’s quality and make sure they are environmentally friendly and recyclable, meanwhile, we will pack products after they pass the QC inspection machine to control the output quality.

Is a small batch ok?

Absolutely Ok, we have our own weaving and dyeing plant, If our stock products are just what you want, it will be ok.

Sales Questions

What payment terms do you support?

Usually is 30% T/T deposit, then 70% balance before delivery, or 70% balance against B/L.

We also accept micropayment like Paypal, L/C at sight, western union, etc…

What kind of services can you provide?

Our basic services as the following:
Available Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, FCA, DDP, DDU, Express Delivery;
Available Payment Currency: USD, EUR, JPY, AUD, HKD, GBP;
Available Payment Type: T/T, L/C, Credit Card, PayPal;
Language Spoken: English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Spanish.

What information should I tell you if I want to get a quote?

1. Details of products (including size, fabric, qty, color, etc)
2. Package. Bags, boxes, or other special packaging.
3. Please give us as many pictures or detailed descriptions as possible so that we can do our best according to your requirements.

Sample Questions

Can you send me samples? What about the fee?

Yes, our samples are free of charge, and the shipping cost is on the customer side.

What is the order-made procedure?

(1) Provide original or design samples; then further information exchange.

(2) We will give you a quotation.

(3) We agreed to place a contract.

(4) Test samples for confirmation before production.

(5) Manufacture and produce.
